A Few Select Regions Are Being Assigned Now
Rather than saturating a region with broker-dealers, our strategy is to place a few, skilled representatives in an area. This gives us coverage in a geographic area. It also gives the assigned broker-dealer a fertile zone with which to work. The goal is to have everyone succeeding at a high level.

It also means that we are highly-selective about who we add to the team. Only a small percent of people who are interested in working with CFS make the grade.
